Game Review

Arknights: Endfield is a 3D real-time strategy RPG that successfully bridges the gap between high-octane combat and deep automation. Set on the harsh, untamed moon of Talos-II, you play as the “Endministrator,” leading a team to industrialize a wasteland while fending off the “Aggrie” and rival factions. While it carries the “Arknights” name, it sheds the tower-defense roots for a massive open-world experience that feels like Factorio met Xenoblade Chronicles. It is a bold, polished and mechanically dense sequel that rewards planning as much as reflexes.

  • Open-World Exploration: Traverse diverse biomes from the industrial Valley IV to the tech-mystic Jinlong, utilizing ziplines and vehicles.
  • Base Management: Customize your spaceship, the OMV Dijiang, to raise operator trust, craft progression materials, and decorate rooms.

CASUAL FACTOR

It’s a great "main game" for those who love depth, but it might feel like a "second job" for someone looking for a quick 5-minute.
